McCarthy Developments Portaferry Ltd. is a family run business based in Portaferry, Co Down. The McCarthy family have a history in construction for over 35 years. Throughout the initial 25 years, the family business built over 200 homes across Portaferry and the Ards Peninsula, winning multiple NHBC awards along the way. They became renowned in the area for high quality builds.

The family has always had a solid reputation for quality and customer satisfaction; a reputation which is being upheld today by Conor and Chris McCarthy, since the beginning of McCarthy Developments Portaferry Ltd. five years ago. Conor and Chris began their journey with local one-off extensions, renovations and groundworks. However, they have expanded throughout the Ards Peninsula and into East Belfast, and are currently working on multiple projects, including large developments, bespoke new-builds, extensions and renovations.
