McCarthy Developments began its works on this exclusive development of five detached houses on the much sought-after Manse Road, Newtownards in 2018. All houses were sale agreed before completion of the development. Manse Mews was completed in September 2019. 

McCarthy Developments saw this development through from its enabling works to the completion of five stunning 3 and 4 bedroomed homes. Each home was finished to the highest of standard both internally and externally. Gardens were landscaped to ensure an exquisite finish of this outstanding development in a secluded woodland setting. 

Some key features of the internal finishes include:

  • Generous PC sums for kitchen, sanitary-ware and tiles and carpet
  • Oak Engineered flooring; to be picked by client
  • Stoves to be picked by client
  • Engineered Floor Joist
  • Hardwood front door
  • Oak doors (internal)
  • Raised ceiling on ground floor (to 2.7m)
  • 6” Sam moulded skirting board and 4” architrave finished with hockey stick

Completing the Project

All five houses were completed on time and on budget. McCarthy Developments maintained constant communication with the individual clients throughout the build. Requests from the clients were upheld, and as a result, each home was uniquely finished to the clients’ preference.
