Rockfield Park’s latest phase is a new development on the outskirts of Portaferry. Surrounded by green fields, this development offers country living but is also within short walking distance to the town. This phase will consist of 19 houses as follows:

- 6 X Semi Detached 4 Bed
7 houses have been handed over to very satisfied new home owners.
The next 6 are sale agreed and are scheduled to be handed over in 2022.
There is currently 2 more on release in this phase.
The remaining 4 are due to be released late 2022/ early 2023.
